Giorgia Meloni biography


Giorgia Meloni, born January 15, 1977, in Rome, Italy, is an Italian politician and journalist, party leader of the Brothers of Italy.

Giorgia Meloni was Minister of Youth in the Berlusconi IV government and spokesperson for Giovane Italia (Young Italy), the Youth League of the People of Freedom.

She is a co-founder of the Brothers of Italy (Fratelli d'Italia) party along with Guido Crosetto and Ignazio Vel Russa and became party leader on 8 March 2014. She has been a continuous member of the Italian Parliament since 2006.
