Belushi was a comedian with cult status and a crazy sense of humor that was honed on the television show Saturday Night Live 1975-79 and carried over to films such as National Lampoon's Animal House (1978) and The Blues Brothers (1980).

Died on march 5, 1982, Chateau Marmont, Los Angeles, Californien, USA.
