In 1999, based on a theatrical background, she got a role in the TV family series Get Real (Honestly!).
With her education at the renowned Vassar College and later New York University, the gifted singing actor with her type evoked memories of predecessors such as Audrey Hepburn and Julia Roberts.
Continued her career with the role of a princess in Garry Marshall's (1934-2016) comedy Princess Diaries (2001, Princess for a Day, continued 2004) and Nicholas Nickleby (2002) based on Charles Dickens' novel.
